Introduction
Welcome to the Infigen Energy (“Infigen”) Investor Pack. This pack is intended to assist professional and other investors understand Infigen's portfolio of wind farms. In summary, the Investor Pack provides a set of background notes on Infigen and on countries where Infigen owns and operates wind farms, as well as an Excel model ("the Model") which outlines a potential format for modelling Infigen's business.
The Investor Pack comprises four sections as follows:
- Section One contains information on the renewable energy and wind energy industries, a summary of Infigen's strategy and wind farm portfolio, an overview of the wind energy assessment process, details of Infigen's business model and company structure, management model, fee structure and accounting policies.
- Section Two provides a detailed asset description and overview of Infigen's global wind farm portfolio.
- Section Three provides an overview of the structure of the Model. A copy of the Model can be obtained by contacting Infigen on +61 2 8031 9900 or by emailing info@infigenenergy.com.
- The Appendices relate to Infigen's portfolio summary, assets under PPA, operations and maintenance counterparties, assessment of the portfolio effect, theoretical foundations for the portfolio effect and accounting for investments.
Updates of the Infigen Investor Pack will be available on the Infigen website from time to time.
