Our teams include roles in operations, commercialisation and business services teams.

Our teams operate six wind farms and a small demonstration solar farm with a total capacity of 557 megawatts. We operate in the National Electricity Market, which interconnects the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania; and the Wholesale Electricity Market for South West Interconnected System in Western Australia.

Infigen sells the power generation output from its operations in two ways: through contracts and on a merchant basis. For every megawatt hour of renewable energy generated, Infigen earns one renewable energy certificate called Large-scale Generation Certificate (LGC). Infigen sells LGCs to obligated companies and entities that need certificates to comply with the LRET scheme, and organisations that voluntarily purchase accredited GreenPower.
